** I have many years of experience in industrial IT management systems, software development, and maintenance. I managed Oracle EBS (ERP), HRMS, SCM, Sales, and various other software solutions for some of the largest FMCG and RMG group of companies. 

** I have extensive experience in both pre-implementation and post-implementation phases of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Over the past 10+ years, I have worked in both functional and technical roles across modules such as OPM /ODM, purchasing (P2P), Inventory, Order Management (O2C), and eAM Modules, as well as providing functional support and report development for AP, AR, and GL modules. I have successfully contributed to two major Oracle ERP projects for leading FMCG organizations PRAN Group and RFL Group. I am currently working as Manager (ERP-Team) at Noman Group in the RMG sector.

I have been involved in multiple ERP implementations, actively participating in project preparation, business process design, and solution mapping for industries such as food products, beverages, foil, carton, manufacturing, electronics, plastics, bikes/bicycles, melamine, etc. and other production processes. 1. Module Expertise • 

Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS Supply Chain (SCM) and Process/Discrete Manufacturing (OPM/ODM) modules, including Inventory, Purchasing (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Planning, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Progress (WIP), and eAM modules as a Techno-Functional Support to Noman Group.

• Perform data analysis using SQL and PL/SQL; identify functional and technical gaps, estimate work, architect system interfaces, design custom solutions, and provide production support. 

• RMG Marketing module Integration experiences, Fabric Analysis, Pre-Costing, IOM Development, IOM Based Production Process, Sample Delivery system, also GD, PI PP/PO, Work Order, Bulk Delivery process. 

• Develop Oracle APEX applications; provide technical support and follow SDLC processes for Integrate custom applications using Oracle Forms and APEX. 2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting 

• Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues and resolving system defects. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.  Resolve critical transaction errors independently or via Oracle SR. 

• Design and develop data conversions, extensions, packages, procedures, functions, views, triggers, and APIs. 

3. Business Requirements Analysis 

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. 

• Translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions. 

4. Customization and Reporting 

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop custom reports, interfaces, and extensions. 

• Develop Oracle EBS Forms, Reports (RTF, RDF), XML, PDF, and BI Publisher reports using Oracle Report Builder. 

• Design and develop financial reports and dashboards using OBIEE and Apex 

• Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS modules and other enterprise systems.
