Dear Sir/Madam,
       I am a senior structural engineer holding M.Sc. Structural engineering, B.Sc. civil 
engineering with an emphasis in structures with more than 15  years of experience in the 
design and construction of a broad range of challenging projects. As you may see from my 
CV I am currently with Klingconsult Engineering Consultancy for more than 9 Years as a 
hands‐on Senior Structural Designer holding first Category Dubai Municipality license for 
designing an unlimited number of stories buildings.

  My main role includes but is not limited to, leading the structural team of engineers and 
draftsmen, Preparation of concept design and all structural design deliverables during the 
project stages SD, DD, and IFC, modeling, and designing of structural buildings, liaising with 
authorities structural departments for structural design approval, contractors, and clients 
for coordination, review and approve shop drawings, visit and support to supervision team 
during the construction stage, mentor junior engineers, besides developing and maintain 
relationships with key clients. Prior to which I was with Al Sweidy Consultant for around 2 
years, my duties, as a structural designer, were to analyze and design structural buildings, 
submit to Authorities, besides that supervise some site activities. Before which I was in 
East engineering consultant as a licensed engineer for low and mid-rise buildings and villas 
project design and supervision.
       My present projects include Al Salam mixed-use development G+M+6 composite 
structure development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. And had completed several significant 
projects like Al Maktoum Hospital site development 2B+G+14, Jabal Al Development G+2P+
12, Al Jaddaf development 4B+G+8+R, high and mid‐rise buildings ranging from G+40 to G+
4 in Dubai such as tiger tower G+4P+36+R in JVC, Bin Butti tower G+2P+15. Faisal Barakat 
tower 2B+G+25& 2B+G+2P+18+R and Al Rasasi tower G+19+Rat business bay, Aquatic 
tower G+17at Sports city. My skills include leading teams, Co‐ordinates with other 
departments, meeting the program requirements, estimating the project’s needs schedule, 
managing Revit Technicians, designing, and specifications using International Codes of practice 
including seismic design. Besides, monitoring and evaluating progress and taking corrective 
actions to assist the Project Manager and Estimating Team in the Tendering process.
Initiate the Site Soil Investigation works and obtain quotations, assist in the preparation of 
proposals for new projects, assist the Construction supervision team, modeling and 
designing buildings with the latest structural engineering Softwares (Revit2020, ETABS 18, 
SAFE16 , Prokon, tedds, Staad,pro, ... ), with latest codes (IBC2012, ACI318‐14, ASCE7‐10, 
BS8110, BS5950, and others). Moreover, I am adaptable to work in any multi nationalities
