I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner® awarded by SCRUM ALLIANCE® and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of technology and have more than 9.8 years of solid experience in Agile methodology, Software Testing, digital banking, Sanction screening systems -FircoSoft Systems, Compliance management and business analysis in software development with international experience. 

Since 2011, I have been worked on various software applications for various clients such as Walmart, Optum-United Health Group, Equator-Banking service, Accuity Firco Applications, Digital banking (ATM, ITM, TCR), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Ambit Customer onboarding and several other organizational internal projects. I am an expert in requirement gathering, SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and superior in agile scrum processes, as a scrum master. 

Besides, an expert in requirement documentation, presentations, software QA processes and methodologies, demos, and delivering sessions to the clients with wireframes, flowcharts, and act as a bridge between the technical teams and the clients. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team member, whether I am working under the direction of a superior or in a supervisory role.  

Graduated in Bioinformatics, which is a four years full-time advanced course; it is a combination of computer science and biotechnology.
