About REVATHI SADAGOPURAM:

  • Work with business and technology teams to understand business processes, assess automation feasibility, develop solutions, and monitor the roll out of these solutions including RPA proof of concepts
  • Experience in evaluating technical decision, review technical deliverables and also take charge in delivery of RPA solutions
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation (SDD) with detailed TO-BE process flows, release documents and user training manuals
  • Developing Bot, reviewing code and deploying bot to production
  • Approaches development from a modular point of view, ensuring reusability and ease of maintenance
  • Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
  • Perform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practices
  • Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
