A Mechanical Engineering graduate with experience in estimation engineering, tendering, and administration in an electromechanical & plumbing (MEP) contracting environment. - Analysis of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) System layouts of various Tender Stage / Under Construction Stage projects.

- Equipment & Item Quantification, as well as HVAC Duct Sizing.

- Inquiring suppliers for best prices for MEP equipment, materials and specialist systems.

- Assisting the Senior Estimation Engineers in preparing the competitive quotes for projects.

- Preparing Value Engineering Proposals to provide ideal cost savings for the Client.

- Monitoring the flow of all incoming and outgoing tender documents in the Department.

- Establishing documenting systems / formats for the Tendering Department.

- Managing the ORACLE ERP System as per the Department’s requirements.
