Experience

Prepare monthly Financial Statement including Trail Balance, Profit & Loss A/C & Balance Sheet.
. Analyzing business operation and suggest improvement techniques & solutions.
. Checking purchase order with quotation, negotiating with suppliers and submit to the management for approval
. Prepare suppliers/ subcontractors Cheque after verify the Invoice with Delivery note and purchase order.
. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies,
. Managing daily purchasing activities, supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
. Calculating overtime and salary, prepare SIF file and upload for processing after the approval from the management.
. Monitoring the percentage of work completion, Prepare Invoice and submit to the client for payment.
. Analyze project cost and Investigate variance between actuals and estimated costs.
. Posting journal entries into the system, Reconciliation of bank account, Accounts payable and receivable accounts.
. Calculate Vat on monthly basis and submit vat return to FTA on quarterly basis.
. Communicating and maintain good relationship with bank RM and handling bank related issues.
. Liaison with audit teams and providing required documents.
. Follow up client payment by email and over the phone.
. Maintain petty cash, release the fund after the approval from the management and Make necessary entries into the
System after verify the documents.
. Arranging required documents and follow up staff visa process with PRO, Apply staff medical insurance through
online portal and communicating with agent for Insurance activation.
