I am a well-qualified KHDA approved Nursery manager and a specialist in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care with a Cache Level 5 – Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Young People Services and 10 years of UAE Experience. I am also a holder of a master's degree in Public Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management. I have an ability to grow with the job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. I am also deeply passionate about Early Childhood Education and truly believe that exposing children to holistic education at an early age contributes significantly to their all-round and balanced development.  

I am someone who knows how to set goals and achieve them and have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop and execute strategies. I feel certain that my strong managerial, academic and inter-personal skills coupled with my ability to work under pressure and achieve my targets, will be of immense value to any organization that I work for. As a manager of several start up Nurseries in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, I have always successfully achieved the targets and in fact in most of the cases have surpassed the targets set up by the management. With effective communication and counselling skills, as well as being quite effective in public relations and having years of experience in dealing with parents and potential enquiries from eclectic nationalities and diverse cultures with great sensitivity and care, I have been successful in running and managing commercially successful nurseries in compliance with the UAE legislative requirements and with standards par excellence. I am sure that I will be able to apply my 14 years of international experience to good use and get effective results for your organization.  

I have more than 10 years of UAE experience working as a Nursery Manager in several successful nurseries in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. 

I have a Masters in Public Administration and specialization in the field of Human Resource Management. Also I have a Cache Level 5.
