# Staff Accommodation of Emirates national school (MOBA) (FastTrack project ) – (7 Buildings (G+F+S+RF) +substation building +Pumpstation Building+(G+1) supermarket ,with all related External infra structure &Landscaping works))

Responsibilities:

1. Assists in the development, review and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets and staffing requirements.
2. Provides technical support to marketing for bids and proposals.
3. Manages, expedites, and supports consultants’ and construction document submittals, budgets, and schedules.
4. Maintains and fosters contacts with consultants, contractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
5. Assists with the development of new Engineering standards and maintains and improves existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices.
6. Acts as a subject matter expert regarding some electrical engineering activities.
7. Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
8. Prepares engineering scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
9. Leads or participates in project meetings and conference calls.
10. Produces quality engineering plans, studies, and specifications while ensuring compliance with department, project, company, utility, regional electrical entity, and industry requirements and standards.
11. Participates in engineering, design, and construction review processes.
12. Leads and conducts value-engineering studies of alternative design approaches.
13. Interprets plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction.
14. Leads or assists with investigations of electrical-related issues, including root cause analysis as needed.

Senior MEP Engineer

Umbrella Contracting Est.

General contracting & Facilities Management.

 Projects & Responsibilities:

Military Road construction Al Khatem Area.

Street lighting, Cable lying (11, 0.415 Kv) &S/S installation of 5 NOs P/U’s.

Responsibilities:

1-installation of lighting poles with its related cabling and control cabinets for 14 KM road length

2-installation of HV cables for the 5 nos package units network connection with related coordination and executions work with ADDC requirements.

3-Coordinate with Authorities for work execution for clearances and scheme execution such as road traffic department, ADDC, Etisalat ,….

4-Installation of the PU’s with its related civil works requirements.

5-Energizing and handing over with authorities and client.

Labor Camp, Mustafa area.

Assistant Facility manager for the labor camp of 9 Buildings(G+4+RF) ,Mini Market &multi sports area with its substation and pump station ;

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Facility Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services
2. Ensure client satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management services, and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction
3. Assist in the development and management of budgets and develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis
4. Assist in the planning and implementation of Capital Projects
5. Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors.
6. Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within service lines to coordinate and complete small projects
7. Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or Property Management preferred

Shakhbout City infrastructure

HV and LV cable laying with all related activities of electrical distribution requirement installation as per AADC approval.

Installation of 300 mm DIa water supply piping with related manholes for water distribution. 

Senior MEP Facility Engineer, Acting assist Facility Manager - Global village 

Worked with Global village management if Operation department as acting facility manager, for soft services and hard services capacity workers over than (300+) workers for 14 restaurants ,2 huge gates with its related service buildings ,6 nos of huge toilets for ladies and gents ,32 pavilions with related services &infrastructure works  + subcontractors for individual work orders required.

Responsibilities as follow:

• Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
• Create and follow up on corrective work orders as necessary
• Drive cost savings through sourcing and supplier management activities which are consistent with client goals
• Collaborate with account Sourcing team on national and regional sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage national and regional supplier performance at property level
• Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
• Support requests associated with JLL Management and Operations team
