Strategic Planning - Environment, Occupational Health & Safety • Coordinating with the construction operation team and assisting in preparing effective procedures and ensure implementation of programs in accordance to the regulatory standards of industrial safety, health and the environment. Lead by example and demonstrate Stewardship towards a positive Health and Safety Culture • Conducting internal audits to ensure all operations are executed within the set OSHE objectives. • Liaising with Employers, Consultants and number of Contractors to ensure seamless operations. • Carry out Incident investigation - Root Cause Analysis, Chair meetings, assist in reviewing procedures from lessons learned and ensure communication of SOPs to the project operations team. • Liaising with Employers, Contractors and other project stakeholders related to OSHE matters or requirements to ensure safe operation of the programme and to maintain consistent positive OSHE approach all through the project delivery. • Develop and demonstrate “Teamwork Approach” ethos amongst the project stakeholders and other interested parties. • Imparting significance and business benefits for upholding paramount priority to people’s safety, health and well-being
Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry)
