  • Assemble catering items from Tray set, flasks, stores (Dry stores), Equipment Preparation.
  • Receives, reviews all the orders to Central Kitchen facility from outlets & any other sources.
  • Monitors & records all dispatch items from Central Kitchen to outlets, catering & events.
