Rowan Diaaeldin

After three years abroad in Malaysia, I have successfully finished my degree in Biotechnology (Hons) with a first class honours degree. I am proud of what I have achieved and believe that I have made an impact in my university society and academic scene. I am an independent and a team player if need be and can adapt quickly to new environments. I am interested in starting my new journey in Dubai as I am looking forward to a new challenge and exposing myself to a new culture. 

I have laboratory experience when and learned many lab skills during my degree as well as independent lab work which was completed during my final year project preparations. Everything from culture media preparations to cleaning of apparatus was done by me and the project was successful after 6 months of hard work. 

Other than lab experience, I also gained insight into the biotechnology industry as i had an internship with a genetics company for 5 months. The internship taught me a lot about the importance of teamwork, punctuality and how to manage time in terms of projects and deadlines in an office environment. 

I have a degree in Bachelor's of Biotechnology.
