Rubia Ahmed khan

My name is Rubia Ahmed Khan, and I am currently residing in the UAE. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
I have two years of experience as a Special Educator and three years of experience as a Speech Therapist and Auditory Verbal Therapist. My background in Special Education gives me a strong advantage in planning and delivering effective therapy sessions. I am skilled in developing speech therapy plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
I also have experience working closely with parents and actively involving them in therapy so that they can continue practice at home with their children. I have strong clinical experience in working with children with speech delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and hearing loss.
In addition, I am trained in oral–facial muscle massage for children with weak oral motor muscles. I can conduct assessments to identify a child’s current level of speech and language development.

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist based in the UAE, with a background in Special Education.
