About Ruby Gleiza Soriano:

To teach and encourage students in a motivational way with an understanding of the different students' needs and learning styles to deliver the best and most effective teaching strategies and to provide appropriate support and intervention contributing to students' learning success.

Experience

I work collaboratively with the lead teacher to plan, teach and assess students with special educational needs and disabilities in an Autism Resource Base (ARB) classroom for them to achieve success in line with the school's vision, ethos and aims. I support students in their social and emotional well‑being, as well as promoting independent skills.

Education

I have a degree in Elementary Education and Master's degree in Sped. I am an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist from IBCCES and Registered Behavior Technician from BACB
