Experience

12/2010 – 03/2015 CASHIER/TELLER AT CITY EXCHANGE CO WLL 

  • Making all kinds of transactions around the globe such as International Telex Transfers, Electronic fund transfer, Western Union, Xpress Money, Al-Ansari, Instant Cash and BFC etc. 
  •  Foreign Currencies buying and selling. 
  •  Rich knowledge in global rated foreign currencies such as Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Franc, Ruble, Riyals, Dinars etc. etc. 
  • Tallying Remaining FC to the local currency at end of the day. 
  • Receive payment by cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards. 
  • Preparing all Incoming vouchers and refund vouchers. 
  • Guiding and solving queries of customer. 
  • Proficiency in typing and making 200 transaction daily basis.
  • Collecting payment information from customers and implemented it carefully into system to alleviate errors.
  • Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures. 
  • Issuing transaction/payment receipts and double checking it before give to Customers. 
  • Provide training and assistance to the newly joined staffs. 
  • Validate and keep all required documents given by the customers. 
  • Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of the transactions. 
  • Submitting daily transaction reports to management and creating a Database.

 

 

03/2015 – 07/2020 CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER AT CITY EXCHANGE CO WLL.

  • Helping large number of customers every day with positive attitude and focus on customer’s satisfaction. 
  • Greeting customers with positive attitude and asking their queries.
  • Monitoring E-mails, phone, fax and electronic database systems for incoming customer inquiries. 
  • Responding all internal and external enquiries. 
  • Preparing all incoming vouchers and refund vouchers. 
  • Solving payment remittance queries and making them encouraged. 
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
