DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
● Prepare Pre-Engineered Buildings cost estimates.
● Reviewing tender documents, Drawings and specifications.
● Pre - Budgeting of the project.
● Preparation of variation orders consequent to the design changes.
● Quantity takes off for all secondary members in PEB project 
● Scheduling material, equipment & activities for actual daily needs on construction site.
● Creating work order for Sub Contractor and labours.
● Discuss the payment terms & other conditions for supply of materials.
● Updating project check list & Preparing MIS report
● Collecting of purchase bills coordinating with finance department.
● Preparing weekly consolidate MIS report
● Preparing Civil Structural work BOQ from architectural and structural drawings.
● Preparing bar bending schedule.
● Preparation of measurements sheets and assists in quantity take-off for tenders.
● Purchasing of construction materials by coordinating with suppliers/Vendors/Contractor’s, obtaining 
quote.
● Receiving of different vendors quotation. 
● Evaluation of materials supplier quotation. 
● Managing budgets and payments of the project.
● Placing the required materials order in the project. 
● Maintaining purchasing records and files. 
● Project purchase Reporting to top management
