15 yearsI have been leading EROS's transformation from a brick and mortar electronics retail chain to a customer focused, Omni-channel digital retailer. I was instrumental in consolidating, upgrading and delivering an integrated e-commerce platform that catered to mobile (iOS and Android), web channels on a tight schedule and budget. 

Spearheaded, the design and setup of the extended IT Application Development team roles and the organization's adoption of cloud technologies and migrating key customer focused applications to AWS.
