In broad terms my entire career can be summarized in just two words; Growth and Cost Optimization – My two deep routed seeds! I have been serving in areas of Operations, Business Management, Project Management, Finance & Commercial, and Engineering for the past 18+ years.

While practicing Engineering has taught me to get into the detail of every nut and bolts, find solutions, optimize & make things sustainable, on other side applying what I have learned from B-Schools fueled with my instinct to scale-up has led to a distinct growth and added value to every single business and employer I have worked for. I can now truly juggle between pinning my focus to the point and can enlarge it to the widest spectrum as the situation demands.

Experience in managing major business functions 360° including Operations, Finance & Commercial, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Production, Admin and IT has added to my holistic approach. This often leads to positive restructuring and seamless integration of business functions.

Structured framework approach with through system understanding & ability to design, built and implement required processes and procedures both for Non-IT and IT is the key to my wide spectrum ability without losing any focus.

Growth certainly requires Projects. While managing multiple Projects, applying the tools and techniques I could gain from PMP, always ensure I deliver a successful project meeting its goal.

On other side, my Six Sigma expertise helps to enhance the Business processes and functions further and allows me to undertake Cost optimization Projects which is my specialty.

In my leisure time, I learn Digital Marketing, AI and Machine learning/ Big data and read about Block Chain and Cloud Technologies as these are new age nutrition to my deep routed seeds!
