• Resolve client incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner via effective investigation, triage and resolution of support requests.  
• Hands-on understanding of PaaS and SaaS Cloud computing models.  Knowledge of recommended best practices for building secure and reliable application on the AWS platform. 
• understanding the basics architecture principles of building on the AWS cloud;
