 Main Duties and Responsibilities:   

• Teaching using different modes: Face to Face, Online, and Hybrid learning modes that includes live streaming lessons.     
• Provide quality instruction that fosters an academic learning climate, actively supports teaching and learning, and implements the Technology Standards & Curriculum with fidelity.     
• Provide a safe and orderly learning environment in the classroom.   
• Develop daily technology lesson plans that follow best practices in instructional design by including clear objectives, instructional activities with differentiated instruction, and assessments that are appropriate to the skill level, needs, and interests of all students.     

• Following the Technology Common Core Standards & Curriculum, ensure coursework supports acquisition of basic to advance skills, utilizing diverse technology platforms and educational software, using different devices.   
• Utilize effective teaching strategies that provide opportunities for student learning and active engagement in the learning process. Meet the needs of students at risk of academic failure or students not making reasonable progress toward achieving school and personal goals which may include one-on-one support.     
• Set suggested integrated tasks to CRTs to help in the integration of Arabic   language with other subjects and to create Cross- Curricular Projects.     
• Ensuring curriculum coverage, continuity, and progression in Arabic language for all students.     
• Perform duties and attend meetings as required.     
• Design and implement all lesson plans for district curriculum program and prepare all requirements to ensure compliance to all student learning styles.     
• Perform assessment of all student learning styles and participate in all students and parents conference as per system policies.     
• Ensuring clear guidance for teaching Arabic language and enhancing key skills through the schemes of work including research and technology-based learning.     
• Evaluating the teaching of Arabic language in school and taking action to improve further the quality of teaching.     
• Developing links with other members of the local and extended school community in order to extend the subject curriculum, enhance and develop students’ broader understanding of the subject.     
• Ensuring implementation of school policies on issues such as equal opportunities, teaching and learning, and behavior management.
