Am Safal Gurung an Indian citizen Nepali Origin -My professional background is with Food and Beverage Hospitality  as Store supervisor ,  however Am seeking a job opportunity in the different sector rather then F&B .. any job role related in Assisting the Guest Service - this role will be something different responsibility and new challenges.

Worked as certified Trainer and Store Supervisor in Pinkberry Yogurt Ice cream - I never find the working boring or uncomfortable.. firstly it was treated as second home and family.. before really coming to such responsible role I took time for developing myself and it was so easy process because of amazing Team support and the best part of my learning was the belief, trust and respect which is so important factors to run a operation smoothly and booming - I personally used to take care of new Team training with the same quality of guidance that We had received from our trainer which was very supportive and friendly..the outcome of working together respectfully in learning and understanding with improvement and the confidence while doing the service steps by which means We trainer has to be  responsible feed back and explanation.

The most challenging task and my wonderful experience is to take a lead the  Duty Shift by own decision and planning of the shift with a briefing the team updating with sales target Budget and Game plan - Shift supervisor needs to be proactive and multi tasking, from People to Product and products preparation has to be done perfectly within a time frame making the attacking service for generating the sales revenue - Team Service, Guest Complaints, attending the Visitor, response to the mails - keep chasing target until reach.. update the sales report daily weekly periodic to the Operation.. stock management.. ordering and managing the inventory reprts   then to analyse it's cause of rise and fall of  store margin.
