I have had experience working with children as well as those with special needs and/ mental health conditions. I believe I can apply my skills to the care of adults and older people. I am a confident communicator at all levels, able to put people at ease and gain their trust even in difficult circumstances. I am friendly and supportive, being sensitive to people’s needs and can explain information clearly and patiently. I have a good standard of physical fitness so can undertake physical work such as heavy lifting, and I am reliable and punctual with an excellent attendance record. Having received much of my training outside Europe, I would like to commit to completing the relevant professional training in the earliest possible time upon being offered a job.

I would like to work as a Caregiver , homecare assistant. I love to help people hence im passionate to work in that field. 

I have worked in a nursery before and the children that i assisted where of special determination. I was a bus nanny so i would assist them in and out of the bus as well as assisting them during class with their teachers. The most thing i did was to monitor behaviour and write reports to the teachers as well as the parents. During my part time, i would work as a caregiver for a 65 year old American lady main duties being cleaning and irnoning, taking her for walks , giving her medication , giving her food and changing her diapers as well as washing her. I would work 8 hour shift and whenever i was needed , i would go and attend to her.

I have recently completed my shadow teaching level 1 and 2. This course enables me to work as a teaching assistant for people with special needs. During this course we learnt the skills and materials to use when teaching as well as how to manage several situations as and when they occur.
