 Assisting in receiving and unloading incoming shipments. Verifying and documenting the received goods for accuracy

 Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service throughout the shipment process.

Logistics Coordination: Assisting in coordinating logistics activities such as scheduling pickups, coordinating with transportation providers, and optimizing delivery routes.

  Documentation and Data Management: Managing and organizing shipment documents, maintaining accurate order and ensuring data intergrity in the company’s system.

I have completed in Diploma in oil &gas technology in Tamil nadu.Also i have completed Bachelors degree in commerce.
