As an aspiring professional in the hospitality industry, I am eager to expand my knowledge and experience by exploring and learning from different cultural backgrounds.

Most of my professional experiences come from a Hospitality background. 

My goal is to always make the guest experience memorable in order to build connections with individuals, and satisfying their needs. Working in jobs such as Expo 2020 has proved to me that this is my passion, providing services and guest satisfactions. 

I'm currently working in a Host position working towards the same target as pervious years, and now became a brand ambassador to insure that the guest satisfaction levels increase with each visit,
