Experience

  • Job Responsibilities involves Site supervision & carrying out the inspections (HVAC, CHW, and Plumbing & FFP), preparing site observation & Non-conformance report for Mechanical services.
  • Review the shop drawings, construction details, Material Submittals, Quality procedure, inspection plans, methods statements, RFI’s and delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
  • Monitoring and supervising the MEP contractors with quality of work and achieving targets with its progress timeline, Resolving the design and site related issues with proper coordination to maintain the Quality control and Quality Assurance.
  • Taking care on Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning, snagging and handing over of electrical/mechanical works with quality in according to project specification within the designated time frame.
  • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
  • Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications, quality control, quality assurance and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
  • Supervise effective implementation of all test and visual inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
  • Preparation and getting approval of Method Statement, work inspections, material inspections, Quality plans, Quality inspections and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
