Sakinah Mohammed

I just moved from USA to Abu Dhabi. My husband's job relocated us here. His job is working on his work permit/visa for the UAE. 

I have been a part of Anatomic Pathology for 7 years. I have a B.Sc. and Certification  in Histotechnology. I would love to experience being part of Histology laboratory team in UAE.

I have worked at several histology laboratories in Houston, TX. In 2017 through 2018 I works as an assistant for the pathology department at UT McGovern Medical School. I enjoyed my experience very much, and then decided to pursue the degree in Bachelor of Science in Histotechnology. I then worked at Ben Taub hospital in 2021. From 2022 through 2024 I worked at Methodist Hospital histology laboratory. I performed embedding, microtome cutting of tissue, and some staining work. My work was mostly concentrated in IHC recutting. 

I have to Bachelor's degrees. I received my B.Sc. in Histotechnology in 2020 and B.Sc. in Biology in 2017.
