Designed and built a fast-casual Middle Eastern concept with 3 operating outlets and a 4th opening in Amman, Jordan in Q4 2022

Consulting on diverse F&B projects, providing A-Z concept development, Marketing, Design & Fit-out for restaurants in all segments.

Kitchen Nation: Co-Founder (Dubai, UAE)
2015 – 2017
Founded and grew the first-of-its kind culinary incubator concept in Dubai. Set new industry standards based on extensive R&D and created awareness for the concept attracting different food entrepreneurs.
• Co-founded Food Endeavors LLC and built Dubai’s first Culinary Incubator.
• Established industry standards and operating guidelines for a unique business model.
• Created and Developed the concept, branding and shop design for Kitchen Nation, as well as a Middle Eastern cuisine food truck, working within a tight budget
• Worked with Operations and Head Chef developing menu items and retail products.
• Created and co-owned multiple delivery-based concepts operating with minimal overheads and low break-even points.
• Secured events and managed the calendar for food truck.
• Attracted new clientele through cost-effective marketing campaigns with strong ROI.
Awj Investments: Brand Marketing Manager (Dubai, UAE)
2012 – 2015
As part of the initial team, created and refined 3 proprietary F&B concepts. Pitched for and secured 3 locations in the most sought-after project in Dubai at the time, “The Beach”. Led the translation of original ideas into reality during Opening and Post-opening phases, and created a detailed customer experience.
• Created and developed the Corporate Identity for the group and single handedly conceived, created and developed Operation:Falafel.
• Directed shop design, administered shop fit-out and audited contractors’ work adhering to the standards of “The Beach” developer Meraas.
• Created online and offline presence and employed an in-house team to maintain the brands’ identities and execute cost-efficient marketing and PR campaigns.
• Worked closely with Management and Operations developing the menu items/products selection after identifying the desired taste profile for the market.
• Created two themed launch events (Operation:Falafel and Bahria). • Guided and overlooked all ATL/BTL work by advertising agency for the group.

Consolidated all branding and marketing efforts for two established brands. Led rebranding and enhanced the customer experience resulting in increased overall sales.
• Designed, implemented and executed integrated marketing campaigns for both brands.
• Managed all marketing collateral, organized advertising agencies and store managers to follow set strategy for the brands.
• Orchestrated the rebranding of Fitness One gyms before launching the biggest health center in the Middle East.
