Work Experience - Tawazun Industrial Park :

With over 7 years of experience as a Business Developer in the
commercial department, I have contributed extensively to the growth and
success of industrial development projects, specializing in attracting
companies and investors. My work has been focused on driving expansion
within the industrial sector, with a key emphasis on strategic initiatives
such as the development of the Nebras area and the residential buildings
within Tawazun Industrial Park.
Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in identifying and
capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships
with key stakeholders, including investors, government entities, and
industrial leaders. My efforts in the Nebras area have been particularly
noteworthy, where I played a crucial role in attracting high-profile
companies and investors looking to establish a presence in this rapidly
growing industrial hub.
In addition to my work in the commercial sector, I have also been involved
in the development of residential buildings within Tawazun Industrial Park, ensuring that the residential spaces are aligned with the park's
industrial growth. By working closely with urban planning and

Corporation (Wasl), I have developed strong expertise in managing

residential buildings, warehouses, lands, and factories. I have worked in
both the main branch, focusing on contracts and customer service, as well
as in the company's external branches, where I contributed to ensuring a
high level of satisfaction for all clients.
Throughout my tenure at Wasl, I have been responsible for addressing
and resolving client inquiries, managing leasing agreements, and
overseeing the smooth operation of customer interactions for various
property types. My role included providing detailed information about
available properties, assisting with contract negotiations, and
coordinating services between clients and different internal departments.
I have consistently maintained a high standard of service, fostering
positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and other
stakeholders.
