Library Intern

- Provide assistance to students, faculty and staff with their information needs, research topics, research 
strategies
-  Participate in maintaining links in the catalog, discovery platform and library web pages to electronic 
resources
-  Served as a Subject Librarian for the designated subject area and maintain regular interaction to determine collection, instruction and research needs
- Acquiring, Cataloging and classification of library materials using, MARC records, AACR2
- Developing and managing collections of books and journals (both paper and electronic)
- Supervising the day to day activities of the circulation
- Helping the faculty to get the Instructor resources from various book publishers
- Answering readers' enquiries such as directional, ready reference, instructional and research questions
- Create and maintain book lists and displays

Head Librarian

- Select, develop, catalogue, and classify library resources
- encouraging students to read and develop their literacy skills 
- assist readers and manage reference questions
- managing the libraries budget and ensuring the resources are effective 
- Send out notices and accept fine payments for lost or overdue books
- Manage library inventory, perform stock checks, and prepare item list for removal, relocation, and binding.
