I Have been in a Technical support role for the past 10+ years in assisting different sectors like  GOVT/PVT/BANKING/Individual Clients in resolving technical issues in the best possible ways, also helps in growing their Organization with hassle-free support My strength and ability in Truly understanding the Technical problems, I am very Strong in Desktop /Laptop /Printers/Basic Networking issues, I carry out my Duties very Diligently and Professionally, Overseeing set up of products including assembling / Installing/testing also providing technical assistance for WIFI zone creation by installing the Range Extenders ( Poe Extenders) & Access points, Having good knowledge of networking in Workgroup models by sharing a folder/Printer to access in Lan, and providing faster solution in solving the technical issues in all the Desktops/ Laptops/POS/Biometric.

• Creating AD users and adding them to the respected group in the server operating system 
• Making group policies in OU and enabling the GPO to the respected sub-OU & USERs 
• Installing and Troubleshooting a Network printer in a Workgroup / Domain based environment 
• By Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity
• Supporting users on data transfer between PCs as customer request. 
• Experienced in Printer service both laser – inkjet and MFPs Can easily handle all LASER / INKJET / MFPs in solving errors in the best way 
• Experience in solving printer errors like sensor errors / pull errors / Teflon sheet replacement /scanner unit cable replacement/drum unit replacement/ pressure roller / replacing fuser unit assembly / logic card replacement in HP/BROTHER/CANON/
