Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assessing patient needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of a program of care which is evidence based utilizing all available resources taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender and cultural background and ensure involvement with the patient, family, cares and significant others
Ensuring that all patients and their families feel cared for and cared about
Organize own workload to ensure that the interests of the patients are met
Maintain patient records in line with Hospital guidelines for records and record keeping

May also act as link nurse for areas such as Education, Quality, Infection Control, Moving & Handling
Contribute to the provision of an appropriate learning environment
Act as a role model for less experienced members of staff by representing the values and beliefs of the nursing profession as well as that of the organization
Provide encouragement and motivation to members of the nursing team
Take account of the role and competency of staff when delegating work
Participate in personal development planning and formal/informal appraisal of junior nursing staff and student nurses
Participate in the development and implementation of the nursing philosophy and objectives of the team
Continue to develop leadership skills and provide leadership when required

Designation: Infection Control Nursing Officer (ICU) 
Key Responsibilities:
Infection Control Registered Nurse provides administrative, surveillance and consultative work in planning, developing, co-ordinating and administering an Infection Control Program at designated wards. Work involves planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating the infection control program to ensure the program is carried out properly, effectively and efficiently throughout the hospital and educating stakeholders regarding infection control practices.
Monitoring the patient with the use of monitor Machine, Giving CPR and AED to patient when necessary, Administered medication, intravenous therapy and other aspects of nursing care with health education. Scheduled patient admissions and discharges. Served as a liaison between patient and doctor. Assessed patient status and notified physicians of clinical changes. Maintained patient's charts and confidential files.

Designation: Head Nurse Key Responsibilities:
Formulated work schedules, assigned duties for each nurse in shift and make sure they were adequately trained for their assignment and monitored every duties per each shift. Taken responsibility for driving up standards of care and leading work to improved professional practice and patient services. Set and monitored standards and taken action to ensure that specifications are met. Enabled more nurses to undertake a wider range of clerical responsibilities to speed up patient care, such as admitting and discharging patients, ordered tests and prescribed medicine.
