A brief of my qualifications and expertise, I am a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) qualified with around Seven years of professional experience currently working as a Legal Advisor with Legal resource Partners (LRP-Digital Global).  Having substantial in-house and law firm practice experience, I have specialized expertise in providing legal support, to ensure a business environment with minimal legal risk. My key expertise includes; general corporate commercial, contract management, litigation and arbitration management, amicable dispute resolution, Intellectual property rights, Cyber Crime disputes, risk management; and licensing and incorporation of a corporation in UAE mainland, free zone, and offshorelicenses.
