My teaching experience is in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior and other introductory general business courses. Because research is directly related to their advancement and compensation in academia, I've recently realized that my peers are mostly focused on it. Although research production is crucial for professional and academic growth, I firmly believe that teaching students is a crucial academic duty that should not be overlooked. Instead of being rigidly set, I think my teaching philosophy is constantly changing.

• Worked as an Assistant Professor Management in IPS College Gwalior India from July 2019 to November 2022.

Worked as a Lecturer for Management in Jazan University Jazan Saudi Arabia from August 2012 to August 2016. 

Worked as a Lecturer for Management in MPCT Group Gwalior from February 2011 to March 2012.
