Senior Site Reliability Engineer

• Provide unbroken 24/7 cover(L2 support) monitoring London Stock Exchange Group Systems
• Providing support and escalation for the recovery of systems & data as required.
• Work in collaboration  with the development teams to improve and enhance the operational aspects of the software.
• Handle Incidents, Problems and Service Requests and ensure they are completed to the required quality efficiently and executing technical solutions to issues when necessary. (Jira/ServiceNow)
• Develop & implement software builds & release pipelines for developments, testing, & production environments to automatically move through all applicable phases 
•  Handle high priority incidents along with technical calls with clients 
•  Identify repeating failures and problems and working towards resolving them. Release deployment and identifying issues proactively as well as reactively. 
• Improvement of services via innovation and automations. 
• Maintaining proper documentation and knowledge base documents to keep track of all aspects of the applications, systems and their improvements. 
• Worked as a Main Subject Matter Expert for a few Cloud based projects as well as on-prem legacy applications, managing client expectations and ensuring application smooth execution. 
• Collaboration to promote changes through development & testing iterations.
• Provide training, guidance and support to other team members as and when required.
