     and wholesale customers

   Job Responsibilities: -

• Trouble shooting VOIP issues for major Enterprise customers of Tata 
   Communications Ltd for Inbound / Outbound /Domestic & 
   International call, responsible for international 
   equipment connectivity’s.
• Fault management for Enterprise Voice traffic on carrier network and
   Cisco Webex.
• Routing Management at Sonus switches by using route server utility.
• Co-ordination with global carriers for interconnection of IP and 
   TDM connectivity to report issue and follow up till resolution.
• Coordinate with Route Manger regarding carrier routing issues.
• Hands on Cisco cube router for troubleshooting of faults for 
   CUG customers connected through TATA MPLS.
• Proactive monitoring and troubleshoot of faults to ensure more
   network uptime.
• Analyzing jitter, packet loss, MOS values through Telchemy tool.
• Analyzing ISUP/SIP traces to provide the resolution to customers.
• POI performance related issue’s such as LOW ASR/ACD/NER/FAS etc. 
   and provided necessary actions to improve the same.

• Having excellent Co-ordination experience on both Individual & 
  Joint testing with Multiple customers for national & International. 
• Troubleshooting IP related issues & coordinating with IPNOC 
  AS4755 and 6453 teams accordingly when faced IP related outages
  on SONUS and ZTE switches.
• IP Un-reachable or Traffic degradation (i.e.) Issue on IP node level 
  either at n/w side or core side.
  
 Transmission:

• Work knowledge on NGN Switches ->
                       ZTE SS, MGW & Router, SONUS 
         Alcatel switch (Lucent switch)

• TX Nms -> ECI/Tejas/NEC/Huawei mux’s

• Voice circuits-TX trouble shooting 
• Checking end-to-end Tx media and analysis
• 1st Level analysis, trouble shooting and raising cases to concern 
  team (i.e.) NTAC, FNOC or MAN in case of heavy outages 
  involving Multiple Voice customers (Eg: Vodafone, Airtel & Jio)


• Loop/break checking either with Internal team or external 
   customers at hand-off points
• Cross-connection creation & deletion of Tejas Mux
• New SLC creation / recreation
