About Sarah Abdelfattah:

I am a customer service professional with expertise in client relationship management, customer satisfaction and retention, and people management. As an Admission Officer & Parent Relation Executive in different international schools in Dubai & Egypt, I was responsible for handling the admission process and dealing with more than 52 nationalities. This role has given me a great amount of confidence in dealing with a wide range of customers, complaints resolution and follow-up applied applications. In all the roles that I have held, I have fostered strong relationships with customers and strategic associates. Working in Banking Sector as a Customer Service Executive for First Abu Dhabi Bank (Dubai) and Senior Relationship Advisor in Nationale Societe Generale Bank (Egypt) I exceeded my targets. I simultaneously gained respect from staff and management through effective communication and liaison. I was awarded as “Best Customer Service “trophy for my willingness to perform an active and hands on role in every duty associated with the position.

Experience

With more than a decade of experience in customer service, client relationship management, and administrative operations across the banking and education sectors in Dubai and Egypt, I am confident in my ability to provide outstanding service and strengthen client loyalty.

 

During my time at First Abu Dhabi Bank, I was responsible for handling high-value customer portfolios, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting service and sales targets. My ability to communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and resolve issues promptly earned me recognition as one of the top-performing customer service executives.

 

In addition, my experience as an Admissions & Parent Relations Officer in international schools refined my interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing me to handle diverse customer bases, manage sensitive data, and provide professional assistance across multiple communication channels.

 

I am known for my calm and empathetic approach, problem-solving mindset, and strong commitment to service excellence. I am eager to bring these qualities to your organization and contribute to enhancing customer experience and operational
