• Excellent skills in the designs all mechanical systems including water based (sprinkler, pre-action, deluge medium/high velocity
water spray system, fire fighting) and gas based system(FM200,Novac,co2,inert-55,541,100etc.,) Foam, wet chemical, powder
fire extinguishing system
• Excellent skills in the design and estimation of fire alarm and detection system, Public address and voice evacuation system,
VESDA, normal and central battery emergency and exit light systems.
• Excellent knowledge in local and international code/standards(NFPA,FM Global, IBC,IFC,UAE FIRE CODE,API)
• Experience in the design of Airport, Substations, Industrial, Oil and Gas, Commercial and Residential Projects.
• Interacting with the Clients, Consultants, MEP and main Contractors for Fire Protection of the projects undertaken.
• Providing Product Knowledge and In-depth technical details to all contractors and consultants to enhance business prospects
and brand visibility.
• Designing all systems details such as schematics, schedules and connections according to project requirement
• Designing all project stages including concept, preliminary, detail and approval.
• Designing a system to comply project specification, NFPA, UAE code, IBC, IFC and other related codes.
• Prepares all systems calculation for relevant authorities’ approvals.
• Design guide/review for all procurement items (material submittal) related to project requirement/specification.
• Design guide/review for all QA/QC document related system construction(method of statement, ITP, etc.,) based on project
requirement/specification
• Lead & assists in CAD drafting team
