QSR Operator with in-depth financial management, people development and business strategy design and implementation experience gained with quick service restaurants McDonald’s (India), Burger King (UAE), Dairy Queen (Bahrain), KFC (Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) and Cloud Kitchen (India). Successfully delivered Sales Growth and EBIDTA within McDonald’s, Burger King, DQ and KFC generating multimillion revenues and cost savings through enhanced performance management, people development and vendor/supplier management. I'm a seasoned QSR professional with 23 years of experience in top multinational brands like (McDonalds, Burger King, Dairy Queen, KFC & Cloud Kitchen). I had the opportunity to exercise all the roles in QSR right from crew member in McDonalds to Operations Manager at KFC, Managing 24 - 28 stores providing leadership to RGM's and Area Coaches while liaising with all other departments.

I have provided strategic direction to the team and drawn the business action plan to achieve the Sales, Profit & Operations standards that helped the company achieve its targets and budget for the year. I have a successful track record of turnaround of negative EBITDA stores to positive EBITDA through detailed routine and action plans on various line items of P & L. This has been my strength to work on outlier stores and bring them up to the performance of the profitable stores.

I have managed a team of 500+ for 28 stores and was instrumental in succession planning and development of the Team members to management role & Store management team to Above the stores leaders. I was very successful in keeping the turnover of my people lower than company average through many initiatives that recognised my team efforts and motivated them to do well, especially during tough times.

I had the opportunity to open different Asset types locations that include high volume Mall, Drive thru, In Line & Car Hops, I had the opportunity to open new stores as part of the development plan in many cities such as  Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain & Mumbai.
