A curious mind and a love for the written word has led me to try unraveling the secret of how and why words and images persuade and convince a person to buy a product or opt for a service, over 3 fascinating decades of advertising experience in India and the UAE. This, combined with a bit of human psychology and research, has more often than not, helped me arrive at solutions for marketing communication problems across various mediums including Press, TV and Digital. A Master's degree in Sociology and a decade's experience as a freelance film reviewer has further added depth to my writing. 

Grew from a management trainee in a small advertising agency to a creative head in mid-sized agencies, both in India and the UAE. Have been a part of, and later, led creative teams in conceptualizing and executing marketing communication solutions. 

My Master's degree in Sociology has helped me better understand how, both individuals and society, react and behave under political, economic, cultural and social influences.
