I am an entrusted advisor in Legal-HR domain with multiple country exposure in; Real Estate , Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution, Marine Industry, Joinery Fit Out, Nuclear Medicine and Medical Engineering.  

 I have hands-on experience in handling Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and Procedures, Employee lifecycle management, Employee Activities & Engagement, Change Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, PR & Admin Activities, etc....   

I am well experienced in handling Trade Mark Registrations, Commercial Licensing, Litigation & Arbitration Management, Contracts Management, Drafting, and reviewing of MOA, AOA, JV, MOU, New Company incorporation / Winding up etc….  Hands-on experience in handling litigations based on multiple countries,  and almost 5 years of experience in contracts management.
