I am Dr. Sebastian Cuzincu, a highly experienced Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine Consultant with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering innovation in healthcare. With over 20 years of excellence, including leadership as the former Head of Gastroenterology at Europe's premier private hospital network, I bring extensive expertise in advanced endoscopic techniques and functional diagnostics.

My passion for medicine has led me to Dubai, UAE, where I currently serve as a Consultant in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine at Healthbay Day Surgery, Dubai. In my current role, I manage the strategic and operational aspects of the Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine Department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I have performed an average of 200 endoscopic procedures during the seven-month period and have significantly improved medical outcomes and patient satisfaction by overseeing endoscopy planning and organization.

My journey in healthcare leadership also includes my time as Head Physician (Chefarzt) of the Gastroenterology Department at Helios Hospital Erlenbach, Germany, where I led a team of physicians and efficiently managed a range of medical procedures, achieving excellence in healthcare leadership.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong patient-centered approach, strategic leadership, and a commitment to ongoing training and development. I'm proud to be recognized by the State Chamber of Physicians in Bavaria and a member of medical associations such as the German Society for Gastroenterology (DGVS) and the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE).

I am dedicated to advancing healthcare in the UAE by introducing innovative diagnostic tools, such as ultrasound in Gastroenterology, and I am actively seeking opportunities to contribute my skills and expertise to a hospital setting or similar role.
