I am a highly knowledgeable and analytical Food Safety Specialist who has a solid understanding of sanitation and food safety regulations with superior attention to detail and excellent auditing skills. Has Master’s degree in Food Science and technology with graduation in microbiology, has more than seven years of solid experience in food safety and quality controlling activities with HACCP level 3, ISO 22000-2018 Lead Auditor certificate and UAE driving license.

Apart from industry experience I have attended many seminars and training sessions which enhanced my professional skills. Currently I am seeking a job to enhance my professional skills and ability.
