• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for the holding company and its subsidiaries
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit support.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across group entities.
• Support in preparing board reports, financial forecasts, and strategic planning documents
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee daily investment transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of investment portfolios, including private equity, real estate, and listed securities.
• Coordinate with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth investment workflows.
