 am an petrochemical/chemical engineer 

 Make daily reports of all activities of the shift
• Inspecting equipment to ensure that it is working properly and taking measures to prevent accidents
• Maintaining equipments such as pumps ,motors ,pipes,valves,gauges,and meters to ensure that it is working properly
• Ultrasonic valve testing and leak detection • Recording production data such as oil and gas production level ,storage tank level and pipeline pressures
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents or injuries
• Ensuring chemicals are stored properly • Loading and unloading products • Study on documents including Pand ID,PFD and equipment and data sheet
• Handling of Permit to work system,stop card system and lockout/TAG out
• Operate , controlling and produced water treatment, contensate processing unit and utility section
• JSA and safety analysis like pre tour job safety • Function testing of the control valves (LCV,FCV,PCV,TCV etc)
• Maintain safe and healthy environment in production plant as per company EHS policy
• To maintain production plant in good and clean condition
