Experience
I am currently working in Illumina Department, Biogenix Labs, G42-Healthcare, Masdar, UAE. In this sequencing facility we are using both manual and liquid handling systems like Tecan, Opentrons, etc, to perform library preparation, quality control, normalization, and sample pooling. Our Illumina facility has 20 NovaSeq 6000 Illumina sequencers where we are doing whole-genome sequencing of the clinical samples.
