• Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures in performing all areas of monthly payroll processing and balancing for several divisions.
• Carryout payroll soon after the availability of timesheets through WPS.               
• Uploading The WPS Salary file to the Online Banking. Transfer The Salaries to the Employees accounts.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. 
• Ensure reports are balanced and records are properly maintained
• Preparing employees End of Service and Leave salary. 
• Gather, arrange, and input payroll date correctly and timely.
• Operate and examine payroll register and reports to detect possible errors for correction.
• Coordination and support for statutory audit, tax filing and internal audit.
• Support MIS, Budget Statement and other reporting deliverable.
• Process clients’ invoices per contracts delivered.
• Monthly Book closure, P&L, B/S review and monthly MIS submissions to the corporate.
• Preparation of Daily Sales Reconciliation (DSR) & Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Accounting for intercompany transactions, reconciliaiton and rectifications.                            
• Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.                                                
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.                                                 
• Responsible for initiating and creating debit and credit memos. 
• Perform monthly billing processing for the clients.
• Responsible for the accounting operations of the company. 
• Create several reports using Excel and make sure all records are properly maintained.
• Preparing Cheques and maintaining its record to compile with bank statements. 
• Prepare petty cash Payment Voucher and effect payment from Petty cash fund for approved payment documents.
