I strive to excel in my field through hard work, perseverance and dedication drawing on my many years of experience to carry out my tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

My latest work experience is as a Supervisor fabrication in Musaffah fabrication yard department of onshore fabrication facilities in National petroleum construction company (NPCC). It is a great learning experience which has trained its employees well to perform adequately and become leading industry in offshore drilling platforms manufacturing and installation. NPCC has over 5000 employees both offshore and onshore facilities. It is responsible for providing the offshore drilling solutions to large number of local and international oil companies including ADNOC, ARAMCO, ONGC and others.

I am Responsible for the manufacturing and production of offshore wellhead platforms on shop floor level which includes different kinds of structural fabrication of platforms, equipment supports, platform decks, sea jackets legs, stairs, ladders, piping and piping supports, safety and security equipment support, deck crane towers, battery rooms structure, safety nets, solar panel supports, and all other equipment in sequence of requirement for offshore platforms both brown fields and green fields.

I am heading a team of 4 charge hand fabrication and 75 trained fabricators, fitters and Machinists. The followings are the specific tasks I completed: 

• Training and development of man power to work safely and maintain quality standards approved by clients and to perform tasks with production goals in mind.
• Maintain and monitor safety, quality and production. Plan, implement and enhance standards to improve standards for better performance of shop overall.
• Improve welding, fabrication and machining techniques to meet the up to date required standards.
• Tools, inventory and consumable issuance record, maintenance and cost control.
• Plan and produce strategies to maintain smooth job flow in shop and to avoid delays and overlays.
• Solve and resolve engineering drawing issues with the help of senior engineers.
• Implement and adopt production guide line from planning and control department to improve efficiency.
• Maintaining housekeeping, annual leave schedule of employees, material handling shifting and arrangement.

Also worked in onshore erection department for on year and assets management and recourses building department and built and modified painting shop structure and roofing.

• Recently completed two offshore wellhead platforms from beam frames up until total onshore assembly and erection design for ARAMCO.

Supervision of shop floor fabrication and manufacturing according to company's QHSE policies and per safety rules.  policies and per safety rules. 

• Fabrication of structural equipment and supplies, piping, boilers parts, pressure vessels 

              parts and other.

• Planning and executing the on-time product delivery schedule according to the provided manpower and equipment and reporting directly to production manager.
• Handling fabrication and Machining of a project according to the quality and design.
• Supervision of marking, layout, cutting, rolling, bending, profiling, and joints fit ups, dishing,
• drilling punching, inspection and welding, and final inspection of several projects.
• Training and placement of competitive manpower for better production and managing annual leaves and other records.
• selection of qualified Fabrication and Machining technicians.
• Supervision of trail assembly and erecting of structural equipment and heavy lifting and material stock arrangement until final packing for delivery.
• completed several projects of major clients mostly from local oilfields, and power plants,
