Manage overall facets of Production, quality systems and product quality for Transmed food manufacturing facility in UAE. Effectively report directly to the Business Manager. Manage the smooth operation of the quality team, and ensure the food safety system is followed. Minimizing the customer complaints with strategic implementation of quality check points in the production flow. Execution of projects in the facility, for continuous improvement of the system. Leading and implementing food safety audits for the production unit, like FSSC and Halal.

Key Contribution:

•Major Player in the team, to design, set and launch new brand fresh meat for Transmed. 

•Designed the food safety systems and process flow for the factory.

•Implemented FSSC 22000 V5, and maintaining the system

•Achieved halal certification for the retail and food service products produced in the factory.

•Achieved Grade A Gold, in Dubai municipality un-announced Food safety Audit, where it was Grade C, 2 years back when I joined.

•Achieved SFDA approval, and entered in the SFDA approved list for meat suppliers from UAE.
