Shakeel Ahmed

I’m Shakeel Ahmed from Islamabad, Pakistan. I have done my Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Dalian University of Technology (DUT), Dalian, China, in July 2020. I did my bachelor of science in Civil Technology from the University of Lahore (UOL), Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, and got the gold medal from School (UOL). After that, I was awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship for Master of Science in Structural Engineering in Mainland China. I have also got the best thesis dissertation award in June 2020 from the Civil Engineering Department from the Dalian University of Technology. My research work was based on smart concrete structures. Currently, I am working in UAE as a Site Engineer with China State Construction and Engineering Cooperation (ME)

Currently, I am working as a Site Engineer on the Sheikh Zayed Housing (782) Villa project in Ajman, and my responsibilities are 1. Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractors, resolve day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications 2. Monitoring progress, assessing standards, reviews, design changes, and advise the Project Manager as to its progress 3. Leading, directing, and monitoring the performance of all site Foremen and support staff in the team 4. managing parts of construction projects 5. As the main contractor, I am supervising the concrete quality and building standards with Consultant Engineer 6. overseeing building work 7. Payment dealing with Consultant Engineer
