Greeting office staff, guests and taking drinks and food orders.
Serving tea, coffee, food and other beverage items as requested by staffs.
Staying attentive to the needs of staff and guests.
Ensuring the drinks and food order is made correctly.
Arrange all the meeting rooms.
Keeping working station always tidy with hygiene method.
Organizing and keeping files and handling projects.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistant in performing their duties.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
