Sobha Group is a reputable worldwide real estate corporation that operates in numereous countries, including Oman, the United Arab Emirates, India, and will soon expand into Western countries. Sobha Constructions LLC employs 12,000 people ranging from executives to blue-collared human assets.

Key Achievements:

· Core team member for the successful implementation of a new HRMS for Sobha Constructions, including planning for meaningful employment data and information system, collaborating with several stakeholders to collate the data for the employee master data creation, clean up and enhancement of the data quality, user acceptance testing of the new modules in the HRMS, go-live planning and integration with other systems, etc.

· Part of the process definition team and independently drafted several new policies, guidelines, business processes, and service level agreements (SLA) with the required embedded controls for the organisation in accordance with the UAE Labor Law.

· Ensured all the requirements, documentation, and ownership were well defined and available in real-time to benchmark with the highest standards. This facilitated competitive participation in the highest-ranking awards like the Taqdeer Award (for blue-collar workers) and Emirates Market Labor Awards by the UAE Government.

Key Responsibilities:

· Key member to initiate employee engagement activities to boost employee morale and increase inclusivity.

· Enhanced and maintained dashboards for the management to provide meaningful information and data to facilitate appropriate decision-making.

· Played an instrumental role in defining the organisation's succession management to enhance productivity eliminating redundancy, and cost reduction.

· Day-to-day activities like tracking employment records, managing the master employment data, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintained a meaningful database of candidates for easy search of relevant candidates based on the essential requirements.

· Screening and assessment of candidates through the defined interview process.

· The end-to-end headhunting process through various channels, including job sites like LinkedIn, social media, etc., interview process, shortlisting, negotiations, and final job offers to the deserving candidates.
